Effective 3/1/2024

Cancellation of class must be 30 days prior to the first day of class. If Cancellation is made 30 days prior to first day you will receive a partial refund or credit to a future class provided by Willows Emergency Safety Training. If Cancellation is made after the 30 days prior to the first day of class, you will receive a refund or credited 50% the cost of the class. There will be no refund if cancellation is made 15 days before the first day of class. If you wish to cancel your registration in a class, please email tlwest530@gmail.com.  Please provide the class you are registered for and the dates of the class you are registered for. There will be a $10 fee that comes out of the refund if a paper check refund is made and a $20 fee for Credit Card Refunds due to processing fees accrued by W.E.S.T. There will be no refund for students that fail to pass a class.
