Cancellation Notice
(30+ Days Prior)
To cancel your fire safety training registration with Willows Emergency and Safety Training, you must notify us at least 30 days before the class start date. In this case, you will receive a partial refund or credit toward a future class with Willows Emergency and Safety Training (W.E.S.T.).
Cancellation Notice (15-30 Days Prior)
If cancellation occurs within 15 to 30 days of the class start date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund or credit. Please ensure to cancel by emailing [email protected] with your registration details.
Late Cancellations and Fees
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the class are non-refundable. Additionally, there is a $10 fee for paper check refunds and a $20 fee for credit card refunds, which covers processing costs. Students who fail to pass the class are not eligible for refunds.
